Tandem Skydive at Hinton In The Hedges, Sat 13th October 2001

Err, okay, so we are at 12,000 feet	128 MPH is actually quite fun and you get quite a pleasant face massage as well!
At 5000FT the ripcord is pulled, 10ms later I know for sure I'll father no more children	Goodbye cameraman, don't forget to open your chute.
Comming in to land and looking good.....	..and then we land on my face.

A few interesting statistics.

Jump out of plane at 12,000FT (6.8 Miles).
Freefall at 128 MPH for 38 seconds dropping 7000FT (4 Miles). 
Open parachute at 5000FT (2.8 Miles)
Float gracefully to earth in 4 minutes.
BTW, if the parachute doesn't open you have about 20 seconds to sort things out.
